Intermediate

• Intermediate players are those who:

  • Have the ability to participate in friendly matches.

  • Demonstrate consistent shot-making from the baseline and possess proficiency in all tennis strokes.

  • Are familiar with scoring and have experience playing matches.

  • Have progressed beyond learning new shots and are beginning to think strategically about their game.

Intermediate players have access to all the benefits of being a UBTC member as well as coached sessions twice a week, tennis masterclasses, and intra-squad competitions.

Because of the larger numbers of intermediate players, they have a choice of three coached sessions outdoor on Monday and Thursday evenings, and a session indoors on Saturday afternoons.

Monday 9-10pm outdoor

Thursday 6-7 or 7-8pm outdoor

Saturday 4-6pm indoor
